Workshops

LabCultural hosts workshops and learning processes led by artists, facilitators, and creators who understand art as a tool for awareness, healing, and social transformation. The workshops take place in a close and intimate format, prioritising listening, care, and the creation of safe spaces.

The proposals explore areas such as voice liberation, circles of encounter, sexuality, the rights of women and gender-diverse people, and art therapy practices. The workshops combine artistic creation, embodied experience, and collective reflection, generating learning spaces where the personal and the political intertwine.
